Programmed is seeking motivated, reliable, and safety‑focused people to join our workforce in Launceston. With ongoing work across civil, construction, logistics, manufacturing, and facilities management, we have opportunities for both skilled workers and those looking to grow their experience.
Labourers — General site duties, assisting trades, materials handling, and maintaining safe work areas.
Forklift Drivers — Safe forklift operation, warehouse support, loading/unloading.
Truck Drivers — MR, HR, HC, and MC licence holders for deliveries, civil project support, transport, and logistics roles statewide.
Civil Workers — Earthworks, drainage, roading, utilities, and general civil construction.
Concreters — Formwork, placing, finishing, and concrete preparation.
Qualified Tradespeople — Carpenters, electricians, plumbers, fitters, machine operators, and other trade‑qualified roles.
Strong work ethic and commitment to safety
Reliability and a positive attitude
Relevant experience (preferred but not essential)
Current licences, tickets, or certifications where required
Ability to work well in a team environment
